We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the location right in the center of Valencia's old town, really close to the downtown area. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing, it was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, right in the heart of the city and close to all major attractions. The service was fantastic, with room service and other amenities available to make our stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay.
That our request for an iron seemed to be initially ignored, but this was quickly resolved and did not detract from the overall experience. Despite this minor hiccup, we would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a central location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was superb and the rooms were well equipped. The only minor downside was the limited storage space for clothes. I would highly recommend this hotel.
